Ms. Qin has filed over 300 applications of PCT and Paris Convention in China national phase and foreign state. Over 400 cases of OA response, reexaminations, and appeal. Over 100 of them had been granted. She has extensive experience in foreign patent application filing, familiar with multiple countries’ patent law policy and examination process.

Ms. Qin has processes over 200 foreign trademark applications, including paris convention and Madrid Trademark Registration. Such business involves trademark registration, search, extension, revocation, reexamination, assignment, and OA response.
