During the session, Attorney Zhou analyzed IP requirements for IPO enterprises across various capital markets, discussed the impact of IP issues on SSE STAR Market listings, provided in-depth interpretations of real-world case studies, and elaborated on IP risk prevention and management in corporate governance based on her professional experience in IPO advisory services.
